Fountain of Youth Smoothie
  1. ½ bunch chard
  2. 1 mango
  3. 1 banana
  4. ½ cup pineapple
  5. 1 cup water (plain or coconut) or milk (almond or coconut)
  6. 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  1. Place the pineapple, mango, banana, and chia seeds into the blender. Remove the stems of the chard and place the greens on top of the fruit. Add in the water and blend thoroughly.
