Parsley Vanilla Pudding

Parsley Vanilla Pudding
Serves 3
  1. ¼ bunch of fresh parsley
  2. ½ avocado
  3. ¼ cup walnuts
  4. 2 tablespoons lime juice
  5. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  6. 2 tablespoons raw honey
  7. 1 cup water
  1. Blend until smooth. This is more of a yogurt breakfast than a smoothie.
