Nut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 frozen banana, sliced
  2. 2 cup/ big handful of fresh spinach (or kale, swiss chard etc. or a mix!)
  3. 1 cup of vanilla almond or coconut milk
  4. 1 spoonful of almond butter
  5. 1 tbsp protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
