Purple Cabbage and Pineapple Salad
  1. ½ head red/purple cabbage, shredded
  2. ½ small fresh pineapple, chunks
  3. 1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil, optional
  1. Combine cabbage and pineapple. Drizzle with olive oil (optional).
  2. Store salad up to three days. Top with hazelnuts right before serving.
