- ½ bunch fresh parsley
- 1 mango
- ½ cup pineapple chunks, freeze prior if possible
- 1 cup organic apple juice
- 1 peach (pit and stem removed)
- Peel and cut up the mango and place it in the blender. Cut up the peach, remove the seed and put it into the blender with the mango. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
