  1. 2 cups spinach
  2. 1 cup almond milk
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/2 avocado
  5. 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
  6. 1/4 cup fresh mint
  7. 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  8. 1 tbsp raw honey
  9. ½ cup Ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth

  1. 10 oz coconut water
  2. 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  3. 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  4. 1 banana, sliced
  5. 4 handfuls spinach
Instructions
  1. Pour coconut water into blender. Add mango, pineapple, banana, and spinach. Cover blender with lid and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

  1. 1 cup coconut water
  2. 1/3 cup coconut milk
  3. 1 tbsp raw honey
  4. Juice of half a lime
  5. 1 pear, peeled and cored
  6. 1 cup spinach
  7. 1 cup kale
Instructions
  1. Pour coconut water, coconut milk, and honey into blender jar. Squeeze in juice of half a lime. Add pear, spinach and kale. Cover blender with lid and hit auto smoothie button.
  2. Remove blender jar from machine and open spout.

Sweet Honeydew Mint Smoothie

  1. 1/2 honeydew melon, cut into chunks (about 4 cups, or 1 1/2 lbs), (freeze night before)
  2. 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  3. 1-2 leaves fresh mint (plus more for garnish)
  4. 1/2-1 tsp. fresh lime juice (or to taste)
  5. 1 cup ice
  6. Drizzle of honey or coconut nectar, to taste (optional, depending on how sweet your melon is)
Instructions
  1. Cut your melon in half, remove the seeds, and slice away the outer rind. Cut the melon into chunks, and add to your blender along with the coconut milk, mint, lime, and ice. Blend until smooth. Taste, and adjust sweetness with honey or coconut nectar. Serve with a garnish of mint, or fresh melon slices.

  1. 3 large apples (with seeds and stems removed)
  2. 3 cups of spinach, loosely packed (about 1 bunch)
  3. ½ cup organic apple juice
  4. ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  5. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon lemon zest (please use an organic lemon for this since you are scraping the peel and non-organic fruits are coated with pesticides and wax.)
Instructions
  1. Chop the apples into pieces and place them into the blender. Place the greens on top of the apples. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly! This smoothie might be thick, if needed you can add extra water.

  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 banana
  4. 2 kiwis (peeled)
  5. 1/4 lemon with peel (seeds removed)
  6. 1 cup water (plain or coconut) or milk (almond or coconut)

  1. Cut up the apple and place it in the blender. Peel the banana and the kiwis and add them to the blender container as well. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly.
